The above image shows the Serama Negeri's Best Female Serama of the year in 2011. She was descended from "Lang" bloodline and there are dozens of interesting facts about this little pullet. She has won several prizes at the Serama Show a couple of years ago and she was our first prized female serama chicken in 2011. Years may pass, tear may dry but you will forever be remembered in our hearts.

Ini adalah gambar Induk Peluru Maz yang berpopular di reban GSN pada tahun 2011 - 2013. Dia asal dari baka "Lang" dan cutting nye memang comel. Peluru Maz adalah Induk Game pertama di reban GSN dan pernah menang beberapa kali di Bon seluruh Malaysia (Melaka, Johor, Penang, Pahang, Kedah dan Kelantan). Walaupun dia sudah Bye Bye tapi kenangan itu masih kekal di hatinya.

Place serama under the warmth of the sun often times just feels great for them. I trust you have heard that we get our Vitamin D from doing this as well. However do you know exactly how the process works?


  • Sunbathing is an important part of the general grooming process. It allows Serama chicken to keep their fur in good condition

  • It allows them to make Vitamin D naturally from Sunlight exposure to their body

  • Sunbathing is specially important during molting when serama sometimes feel itchy and uncomfortable as the new pin feathers break through the skin

  • All serama chickens adapt their own posture for sun bathing. Some stand and close their wings while others may lay flat on the sand or ground. In both cases, body feathers are often fluffed up and the feathers along the wings are spread out. Besides just soaking in the sun, these postures serve other important purposes.

  • Besides the healthy benefits that go with sunbathing, it is also hard not to admit that the behavior just looks awesome. It is not everyday that you get to see these seramas sitting still with wings stretched and their innocent look.

The top image shows the Serama Negeri's couple of the year in 2015 and the above little cockerel (Anak B) was born to this beautiful couple at the Serama Negeri mini farm in Alor Star, Kedah. Despite the major "Cross Breeding" challenges that GSN has faced during the third quarter of the year 2014, now we have successfully completed our R&D in cross breeding resulting a number of beautiful breeding pullets that derived from Sri6 v/s Mie Kebab bloodline. In addition to that, we are in the midst of upgrading our "Yellow" serama bloodline in SN mini farm.

Ini adalah jodoh yang paling popular pada tahun 2015 di reban GSN Alor Star. Anak B ini adalah first batch yang lahir pada Pembaka comel ini. Induk-induk yang kita pakai sekarang dari adunan Sri Enam (Sri6) pembaka jantan cross dengan Induk Mie Kebab. Walaupun kami GSN tumpu pada upgrade serama warna kuning tapi produk "Kubing" masih ada dalam stock dan breeding.

Above shows recent picture of the Putera Alam 05 (Nature King's offspring). He is four (4) years old now but still very active and productive as young serama chicken. As of now, he is a pioneer breeder in our SN mini farm that derived from "Kubing" bloodline. Therefore, we are using him as full-time breeder which in results would allow us to producing some good quality "Kubing color" and prized serama chickens. Last but not least, he is one of our all-time favourite "Kubing" serama

Walaupun Si Putera Alam 05 dah empat (4) tahun lebih tetapi masih bergaya dan aktif keluarkan anak-anaknya. Pembaka ini yang paling berjasa di reban Serama Negeri selepas Raja Alam meninggal. Putera Alam 05 adalah Bapa pada siri "Super SIC" dan "Putera Nilai" yang breed oleh saudara Zan di Alor Star, Kedah dan anak-anak semuanya diajaga oleh Dinend Sivali yang kini berada di Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Apa2 pun ini Pembaka yang paling disukai oleh ahli GSN (Group Serama Negeri). Kami berharap anak serama batch 2015 ini akan meriahkan bon yang akan datang nanti.

Grey King was awarded Second-Prize in the "ABS" category at the Bangi show organized by club serama Bangi. Thank to Dinend GSN & Zan GSN for all your efforts in preparing him for the show and special thanks to Zam Subang to assisting us on the grooming. Besides,I'm fortunate enough to be surrounded with a good and genuine team members (GSN).

Raja Kelabu tempat ke-2 (Naib Johan) kategori ABS di bon Bangi (2/08/2015). Saingan yang agak sengit di setiap ketegori dan ini kali kedua menang, 1st Johan dan kalini No.2 kalah kat warna. Kemungkinan besar, dia akan test balik di Pertandingan serama Melaka dan Kelantan pada masa yang akan datang. Apa2 pun kerjasama dan motif dari geng GSN (zan & Dinend) adalah salah satu faktor utama untuk pemenangan ini dan berterima kasih pada otai Zam Subang juga untuk buat sikit adjustment Ekor dan Bulu.
